About Us

RSVP+ Central ND is made up of volunteers serving seven North Dakota counties: Burleigh, Morton, Mercer, Grant, Emmons, Oliver, and Sioux. Over 1,100 volunteers give of their time at nearly 200 host station locations. RSVP+ volunteer’s time is saving our communities a large sum of money each year. In 2008, volunteers put in nearly 185,000 hours which is equivelant to $2.7 million in savings.

Volunteers give of their own time to help make a difference in their communities. You can find RSVP+ volunteers in schools, medical facilities, thrift stores, food pantries, law enforcement centers, and non-profit agencies. This year, more than two million Americans will serve to help thousands of national and community nonprofits meet local needs.

"Our RSVP+ volunteers are truly amazing! Some volunteers are spending twenty to eighty hours per month helping our community non-profits. Although, this large amount of time is not a requirement, it does emphasize the greatness of giving. Volunteering can be one of the most gratifying and enjoyable events a person can do for themselves and share with their family and friends. The best part about being a volunteer is that you get to decide when, where, and how often you volunteer. Send a message to others and make this your year to volunteer!” ~ Mary Siverson, RSVP+ Director
